We attempt to fill most orders within a 24-hour time frame when items are in stock. If you are going to cancel your order, please do so within that 24-hour time frame. Once the order is shipped, your credit card will be charged and the order cannot be cancelled.
We take pride in our products and want you to be excited with your purchases. In the event that you are dissatisfied for any reason with your online purchase, we will gladly refund you the amount of your purchase less a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be made within 20 days of receipt of goods. Returns after 20 days will not be refunded. Refunds are based upon the purchase price at time of purchase. Shipping charges are not refundable. If shipping the item(s) to us, please insure it. We are unable to refund your purchase if the item is lost or damaged, or not received in original packaging and condition.
Note: All returned items must have a return authorization (RA) number. To obtain your number, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and the reason for return. Without the RA number, credits cannot be issued.
