Making a purchase is easy either online through our secure site, by telephone at 1-508-798-0432 (please have ordering information ready) or fill out our fax form and fax the form to 1-508-459-5857. If your item is out of stock we will notify you and handle your order accordingly. Sales tax will be charged according to Massachusetts state laws.

How soon will my order be delivered/when will it get there?

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. The shipping cost shown for an individual item reflects what you can expect to pay. Your actual shipping and handling cost will automatically compute on the Shipping Options page of checkout

Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all oversized items shipping via a freight trucking company. These items cannot be expedited. International OrdersFor orders outside the continental US, please call us at 508-798-0432 to place your order.

Receipt of Purchase / Order Confirmation

After filling out and submitting your order, two things will happen: your order confirmation information will display on screen and the same information will be sent to the email address you have provided. Please take the opportunity to print off the order confirmation for future reference.

Your product will be shipped the same business day if the product is in stock and if the order is received before 12:00 p.m. (noon). The confirmation number that displays after completing an order is your record of your order. You must retain a copy of this number for your records. If the order is cancelled by the purchaser while in transit the full shipping charge will be applied to the credit card account of purchaser.

Shipping and Handling Refunds

There are no refunds on shipping and handling charges unless Bhadongifts.com has shipped the order incorrectly. Prior return authorization by Bhadongifts.com is required.

Sales Tax

Bhadongifts.com is required to charge applicable state and local sales tax on every item we sell. Currently we are collecting MA state sales tax.

Incorrect Orders

If Bhadongifts.com ships an order incorrectly, we will correct the mistake or refund your money. If the purchaser orders a product incorrectly from our web site it may be returned to Bhadongifts.com under the following circumstances. As long as the product purchase has not been installed or damaged in any way. The purchase product is in its original shipping container and in saleable condition. All return items are subject to a 25% restocking charge. All shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Purchaser must pay shipping and handling charges of product back to Bhadongifts.com prior to return. Purchaser gets an authorization approval code from Bhadongifts.com. It is within 10 days from the date of original purchase. No exchanges or returns are allowed after 10 days unless prior authorization is provided.

Return and Cancellations

We attempt to fill orders within a 24 hr time frame if items are in stock.  Please cancel within that time frame. Once the order is shipped your credit card will be charged and the order cannot be cancelled.  

We take pride in our products and want you to be excited with your purchases. In the event that you are dissatisfied for any reason with your online purchase we will gladly refund you the amount of your purchase less a 15% restocking fee.  All returns must be made within 20 days of receipt of goods.  Returns after 20 days will not be refunded. Refunds are based upon the purchase price at time of purchase.  Shipping
charges are not refundable.  If shipping the item(s) to us, please insure it.   We are unable to refund your purchase if the item is lost or damaged, not received in original packaging and condition.

All returned items must have a return authorization number.  To obtain your number please email us at 508-798-0432 with your order number and reason for return.  Without the RA#, credits cannot be issued.

Damages

If your order was damaged in shipping hold on to the product and all of the packaging and contact us immediately either by phone, fax or email with your order number and the problem. We are unable to process claims without all packing materials both inside and out.  We will do our utmost to replace your item ASAP.

What do you charge for shipping and handling?

Shipping and handling charge is based on the order total, weight, and the size of the shipment. Minimum shipping and handling is: $5.00. All Internet orders are shipped UPS Ground. For quick shipments, please call us at: 508-798-0432.

Accepted Forms of Payment

Purchasers may pay with Visa, Master Card, Discover or the American
Express Card or by mailing a cashier check. At Bhadongifts.com, export orders may be subject to special export payment terms and quotations. All payments must be made in United States Currency. Orders will not be shipped until payment is received in full.

Shipping and Handling

We ship via UPS Ground within the Continental United States Mondays through Fridays holidays excluded. For orders outside the Continental United States please call us at 1-508-798-0432 to place your order.

  • Overnight air, second day and three day select are available for additional charge.  In some areas a signature will be required.
  • We cannot ship to a PO Box.

Secure Shopping

Our store is  located at 1075 Pleasant Street Worcester, MA and open from 10 to 6 pm Monday through Friday, 10 am to 7 pm on Wednesday, and 10 to 5 pm on Saturdays. We offer extended hours during the holiday season.  After Thanksgiving, we are open 7 days a week from 10 am to 9 pm Monday through Friday, from 10 am to 6 pm on Saturday, and from 12 to 5 pm on Sundays.

Our e-commerce site is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week for easy shopping and ordering.   Our website, www.bhadongifts.com, uses a secure server (SSL) that ENCRYPTS your credit card information. Your credit card information is not held in clear text on any web site. Your other information is collected so that we may personalize your order while processing it. Basic information such as name address and phone number will be used solely for shipping purposes. With your permission, Bhadon may also use this information as well as your email address to send you announcements, catalogs or specials.  Your information is never sold or shared to third parties. At any time you may modify your information by notifying us at info@bhadongifts.com . Shopping with us, whether online or in person, is SAFE and SECURE.
